While our platform supports integration with both Meta (Facebook) and Google Ads, these connectors cannot be white-labeled or branded under your business name. This restriction is due to updated requirements from Meta and Google related to business validation, data transparency, and account-level identity verification.
Both Meta and Google have implemented stricter policies to protect data privacy and ensure advertiser authenticity. As part of these requirements, every connected business must be officially validated by the platform.
This process requires the following items to match exactly:
Legal Business Name (as registered in corporate documents)
Mailing Address
Website Domain
Articles of Incorporation or Verification Documents
Because these details must align with your verified business entity, the connector cannot be branded, renamed, or white-labeled to appear as another organization or third-party service.
The Facebook and Google Ads connectors will always display as being connected to the Visual Visitor platform.
You can still fully manage and customize your ad audiences, targeting, and campaign data, but the integration authorization must remain tied to Visual Visitor’s verified business identity.
This ensures compliance with each platform’s Business Verification, API Access, and Data Processing Terms.
Meta and Google now require each connector to be linked to a validated, traceable business entity to prevent unauthorized data use or misrepresentation. This applies to all advertising platforms using their APIs and affects every company offering third-party audience integrations.
Attempting to white-label or rebrand the connector would result in:
Disconnection of API access
Failure to sync custom audiences
Potential account suspension
Due to new security and compliance requirements from Meta and Google, white-labeling or branding the ad connectors is not supported. These integrations must remain under the validated Visual Visitor business identity to ensure compliance and continued data delivery.
