Exclusion List.

The primary purpose of an exclusion list is to enhance efficiency and reduce false positives during automated processes.
It helps in focusing resources on relevant areas by intentionally ignoring those deemed irrelevant by your company.


How to use the Exclusion List.

From your Dashboard go to: 
"Lead Handling- Watch/Exclude Rules"







Next select Exclusion List and + Add Company to Exclude List.
This will ensure the company you have provided will no longer show up in your leads. Eliminating data you deem irrelevant.







Creating a new exclusion list entry will stop an alert when the company visits the website.








Your successful entry will look like this:








Alternatively, you can exclude leads directly from your Leads menu as well. 

Simply select the lead information and select the big green button at the top that says "Exclude".
