Overview
The Person-Level Advertising Campaign Summary provides an at-a-glance view of your active and available advertising campaigns. This section helps you monitor campaign activity, track exports, and manage ongoing audience targeting efforts directly within your Visual Visitor account.
The navigation panel on the left side of the screen organizes all Person-Level Advertising tools into three key sections:
Dashboard: View overall campaign metrics and system status.
Campaign Summary: Review all active and available campaigns, including their export status.
Campaign Studio: Create and edit audience targeting campaigns using person-level data.
The Campaign Summary page displays a list of all campaigns associated with your account. Each campaign entry includes essential details for quick reference:

| Campaign Name | The name assigned to each active campaign. Clicking the campaign name opens detailed settings and export options. |
| Active | Indicates whether the campaign is currently running. “Active” campaigns are syncing data for audience exports. |
| Last Exported | The most recent date that campaign data was exported to a connected ad platform (e.g., Meta or Google Ads). |
| Total Exported | Displays the total number of records or audience lists exported since activation. |
| Options | Quick-action buttons to manage campaigns: - Green Eye Icon: View campaign details. - Red Trash Icon: Delete the campaign if no longer needed. |

To create a new campaign:
Click the “+ Add Campaign” button in the upper-right corner.
Enter the campaign details, including name, audience filters, location, and targeting parameters.
Save your campaign to begin audience processing and export scheduling.
At the top of the Campaign Summary page, you’ll see an indicator such as “Available Campaigns: 0 of 2.”
This shows how many campaigns are currently active versus the total allowed for your account plan.
Once the maximum number of campaigns is reached, you’ll need to remove an existing campaign before adding a new one. Or contact support@visualvisitor.com to purchase additional campaigns.
