How Do I Login As My Customer?
To Login as your customer, follow these simple steps:
- Navigate to "Resellers --> Customers" menu
- Find the Client you wish to login as on your list
- Click on the yellow "Lock" icon under options
- This will take you into your client's account
When using these steps, you will be able to impersonate your client and make changes on their behalf.
